WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept iDeal, Paypal, Bank, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

I PLACED A WRONG ORDER, HOW DO I CANCEL IT?

We confirm our orders fairly quickly, so please send us an email at hello@i-sozo.com as soon as possible. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We strive to ship out all orders placed on weekdays before 17:00 the same day. This means that usually, orders in the Netherlands will arrive the next day. Orders sent to the rest of Europe will take approximately 2-5 working days depending on your location. Worldwide deliveries may take up to 2-7 working days. Please note that these shipping notes are impacted by events and sales.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING COSTS?

No! We offer free domestic (Netherlands) shipping. For other countries a small fee will be added at checkout. This is different and variable for each country and hence we can't display them here.

WILL I GET A TRACK AND TRACE CODE?

All of orders are shipped with PostNL and come with a track and trace code. When the order has been shipped, you will be updated by email and you will be able to find your tracking information right over there.


Refunds and Returns

CAN I RETURN ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS?

Yes! You can return your entire order, or certain products within 14 days starting on the date of delivery.

ARE THERE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING A PRODUCT?

You only have to pay for shipping the product back to us.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please send us an email with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Which item(s) do you want to return?
  3. IBAN bank number
  4. Why do you want to return the orders

The following terms apply:

  • The return application has to be send within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The items have not be worn, or are washed.
  • No stains of any kind (food, make-up, etc) are present.
  • No body odors and/or cigarette odors, are present.
  • In case of any defects, no attempts have been made to restore it.
  • All labels are still present in the item.
  • If any of the terms are violated, we reserve the right to send back the items and charge the shipping costs.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND ON MY RETURNED ITEM(S)?

We strive to process your refund within a week after receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be available on your account after processing your return (depending on your payment method).
